Official Transcripts

Florida SouthWestern College (FSW) requires official transcripts from all institutions previously attended. Official transcripts may be sent to FSW electronically or via mail.

Electronic Transcripts

Many institutions offer electronic transcript services. FSW accepts electronic transcripts from the following services:

• National Student Clearinghouse: FSW's school code is 010135.
• eTranscript: FSW's school code is 20265.
• Parchment: FSW's school code is 20624.

To send your transcripts electronically, simply log in to your account with the transcript service and select FSW as the recipient.
